About me

I spent eight years restarting. Then I found the one thing none of the systems ever touched.

I was 100kg, living with my parents, working a job I hated, and using food and weed to stop thinking about any of it. I had real ambitions. I also had a pattern I could not break, no matter how hard I tried or how many times I started over.

What changed was not a new system. Someone showed me how my mind actually works underneath all the trying. Once I understood that, the pattern stopped. Not slowly. Quickly. Today I have a partner, two kids, a home, a business, and more energy than I had at 22.

I work with high performing men who are living what I lived. I show them what nobody showed me until I found it myself.

The system was never the problem. The level I was working at was.

He was terrified of picking up the phone. One week later, his managers were getting emails from clients about how good he was.

He came to me with something he had never said out loud. Every time he had to take a call at work, something in him seized up. The anxiety was physical. He was convinced his colleagues could see it. He was convinced he would say the wrong thing, sound incompetent, let people down.

We worked together in one session. We went to the level underneath the fear, not the behavior on the surface. The part of him that had decided, somewhere along the way, that he was not the kind of person who was good at this.

One week later, without any rehearsing or forcing, he was taking calls with ease he had never had before. His managers started receiving messages from clients, specifically naming him and saying how well he communicated and how helpful he had been.

That result changed something bigger than his calls. He realized the block had been hiding what he was actually capable of. He is now enrolled in the 90-day program, working on the identity shift that will take him from that role into a sales position, a move that needs a completely different sense of who he is and what he is worth.
